If you’re having trouble logging in, there could be a few reasons:

  • Have you been approved for a sponsorship? Check your email to see if there are any messages from us about creating your account. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder as well. Please note this website is only for approved riders.
  • If you’re having password issues, you can reset your password at any time to access your account.
  • Please also make sure you’re not trying on the old Hookit system. We no longer use the Hookit system for 2024.

When setting up your account, you will be asked to set a password. This will be what is used to login to access your account. If you’ve forgotten it or would otherwise like to change it, you can trigger a password reset on the login page.

Please view your recent orders in your account to view order status. For further information please submit info via our rider support form.

Inventory is live-updated and based on availability. Most items come back into stock within a month or so. Please check back on the shopping page.

We do not provide the required stickers; most serious racers obtain graphics with their sponsors included. Unfortunately, due to limited supply and high cost, our tire stickers are reserved for our top amateur and pro sponsored riders. We do not sell them. The only other time we offer them is during special promos so follow @ridedunlop for those opportunities!

If you do not know your password, it is the one you set when creating your account originally. You can always trigger a password reset as needed on the login page.

As stated, there is no discount code. Once logged in, your discount will be automatically applied and reflected on the product pricing.

It happens, we know. If you typo’d your email address on your application, please reach out to us so we can make the adjustment. If you didn’t receive any messages from us after submitting your application, a mistyped email is a common reason, so please ask us if you’re unsure.
